Hello! My name is Halie Atkins and I am a serious student and athlete. I am committed to growing my volleyball career into the college level. I am hoping to find a college program that is equally excited about what my abilities bring to their team, as I am about joining their program. I have a high level of work ethic both on the court and off. I work hard at improving my athletic ability year-round via school sports (volleyball, track), club volleyball, and personal athletic training. I am active at school in other areas outside sports and am currently maintaining a 3.85 GPA. I have a high level of commitment to setting and achieving my personal goals.
I've had the opportunity to utilize and develop my leadership skills in the classroom, after school club activities, volunteer coaching at youth clinics, and as a captain of my volleyball team this year. I was pulled up to varsity near the end of my sophomore year and had a chance to grow my skills during the post season. I am very athletic and can play several positions. The majority of my school season was spent playing around the rotation. I love this sport and the life lessons it is teaching me. I look forward to discussing my future opportunities with you and sharing more about myself.
