Ema Stepien '24 Recruiting Profile

Hi! My name is Ema Stepien and it has been a goal of mine to play D2 or D3 college volleyball since I was very young. Volleyball became a part of my life at the age of three, my grandmother was a high school volleyball coach for twenty years. She taught me at a young age how to play the game and I fell in love with it. My goal is to take my volleyball career a step further. I received awards in high school such as U.P. All Class Dream Team, 2023 Division 4 All U.P. Offensive Player of the Year and I was MIVCA All-Region Player. My passion for volleyball grows each time I play, I was a varsity starter on my high school volleyball team since my freshman year. I believe that I am a great candidate for your team because I am a very accountable, passionate, and determined person on and off of the court, if I put my mind to something it is my main goal to accomplish it. My grades have ranged from A's to B's throughout high school and for my future I plan on being a Pre-K teacher so schooling is and will be a big part of my life.
