Hello, I hope you are having a great day! My name is Emma Dobberstein and I would like to live out my love of my sport by playing  college volleyball. I will graduate in  2023 

I am a very energetic, hardworking, and passionate player. I always look for the positive and keep up my team.  I will never let a ball drop in front of me and my love for this sport is shown in every aspect of my life. I play travel volleyball for Legacy Volleyball Club on the 17 Elite South Team. My main position is either defensive specialist or outside hitter but I can play anywhere needed. I have played travel volleyball since fifth grade and I have learned so much from it. I appreciate all of my coaches throughout my journey of this amazing sport of volleyball. 

Right now as a Junior, my GPA is a 4.36 and on the Pre ACT, I got a 24. I am involved in 4H (showing pigs and chickens for 7 years), student council (Freshmen and Sophomore Class Vice President, Junior year: Overall Student Council Vice President), chosen for the Norte Dame Vision Academy for the Testimony Course, tutoring (grades K-1), SPLT (Student Prevention Leadership Team, Students against underage Drinking/Drugs), and Geek Squad (technology program at SMCC). My dream for playing college volleyball would be playing at a small (500-1,500 enrolled) Division II, Division II, Division III, or NAIA school anywhere in the United States.
