I have committed to Baldwin Wallace University to play volleyball!
My name is Ivy Earl. Volleyball has taught me self discipline and dedication in a sport that I love. Because of my volleyball experiences, I've been able to adopt a hard work ethic as both a player and a student. Sophomore year I was accepted into the National Honors Society and continued to hold my place through junior year. My grades and schoolwork are very important to me and I am proud to call myself a student athlete. My most recent year of volleyball, I played for Howell High's Varsity volleyball team, and was a starting outside hitter. At the end of the season, I held the record for the most kills and digs. I have been working hard in the weight room to improve my physical strength. I've also learned to be mentally tough in difficult situations and to use my team's energy to push myself as hard as I can go.
I am inspired to attend any college or university where I can play volleyball and earn my college degree. I am looking at all schools, big and small. My desired field of study is undecided, however, I'm interested in a few different sciences and the possibility of a career in the medical field. My goals for playing college volleyball are to experience playing for a hardworking team and become the best student athlete possible.
