For as long as I can remember, volleyball has been my sport. It has taught me self discipline and how to deal with the ups and downs of life. I am always looking to improve my game; this includes staying after practice to get extra hitting reps in, attending every optional/extra practice, doing semi-private lessons, and working out at home. After a 2 hour practice with an extra hour of training, I still want to play the game. I am always asking questions and looking to improve my game to help me succeed at the next level.
Since middle school, my lowest grade point average has been a 3.7/4.0. I am an honor roll student and constantly challenging myself in school. Being in honors and AP classes along with playing volleyball at the national level has taught me time management and helped improve me communication skills. I am a dedicated student and my education is very important to me. I plan to pursue a career in the medical field, so the college I attend must offer classes for that field of study.
At the moment I am looking at smaller DI and competitive DII and DIII school. My dedication and love of this sport is why I would be a great addition to your roster.
