I want to play college volleyball because I love playing the game and want to play for as long as I can. I really enjoy all the preparation that goes into a game and the satisfaction of winning. I have grown up through the game of volleyball and I have also learned how to be mentally tough. Playing volleyball has made me realize how passionate I am for the sport and I would love to have the opportunity to play in college.
I see myself as a leader not only on the volleyball court, but also in the classroom. I would be an asset to a college program because I am someone who will do whatever it takes to improve myself and my teammates. I always go hard and do the best that I can do in everything, whether that be school, practice, weightlifting, or a game. On the court, I am a vocal leader who tries to encourage everyone around me.
My goal is to leave my mark at the school that I play for and to help contribute in any way I could to make the team better. I currently am undecided on what majors I would want to study in college, although I am interested in both biology and marketing. I am also interested in potentially getting a scholarship both in academics and athletics, if possible. I am looking for a motivating coach who I would be proud to play for and would push me to be the best player that I am capable of being.
