One of my goals, since I was young, has been to play volleyball at the collegiate level and beyond. I just love the intensity and competition involved in the game. My absolute favorite part about volleyball is when the games gets close and the crowd gets louder; that is when I want to win the most. I thrive on pressure; I go all out on the court and push as hard as I can until the match is over. I believe coaches want more of this attitude in any situation. I believe this is what makes me stand out as a player and a teammate. I wish I could play with 5 other girls willing to 'give it their all' as I do. If we win, great. If not, then we can all leave the court with our heads high knowing that we played the best we could and we were beat by a better team that day.
