I have been playing volleyball since I can remember. Several years ago, I had the opportunity to play at a National Tournament and after that experience I knew that I wanted to play at the highest level someday. I know that playing in college is a once in a lifetime opportunity that could change my whole life and I am ready for that opportunity.
I am a very strong player defensively and offensively. I am a team leader and try to lead by example, while also encouraging my teammates to be their best. I am very coach-able and strive to be one of the hardest working players on and off the court.
In the classroom, I study hard and maintain a high GPA. I also volunteer at the YMCA youth volleyball programs and am the 7th grade Bothwell Middle School coach. Working with the youth and teaching them to love the game and become the best possible person they can be teaches me to do the same.
I want to attend a college where I can push myself in the classroom and on the court. I am open to all options and want to ultimately find the right college for me, with the highest level of competition possible.
