In August of 2017, I moved from Ohio to Michigan. This opened up many opportunities in my life, but overall for my future career. I would like to go to college to study animal science and Agribusiness marketing as well as continue my volleyball career. I currently play school and club volleyball. During my off-time, I am in the gym training or working with my cattle. I would be a great asset to any team not only athletically but I carry great leadership skills on and off the court. I put 110% into everything I do at all times. I have often heard "Any job big or small, do it well, or not at all." I follow this quote to push myself to never give up. Being a part of a team is a huge responsibility. Emphasizing the value of teamwork and encouraging my teammates to work together towards a common goal, maximizes the potential and efforts put forth. I am a coachable player that carries the team with a positive attitude. Attitude is everything! Having these leadership skills, I feel that I would be a great asset to any team. I push myself to not only be better than my competition, but to be better than the player I was the day before.
I was introduced to volleyball at the age of 11. When I was finally was able to play on a team for my school in 7th grade, I knew this is what I wanted to do in the future. I am now a senior at Napoleon High School and I am an outside hitter and middle blocker. My plan for the future is to attend college for Agribusiness and continue playing volleyball. I am willing to make any necessary sacrifices to succeed in life.
