Being apart of a team that won a district championship as a freshman has set extremely high standards for my high school career. This experience has not only made me want to improve my skills for myself, but most importantly for my team. I aspire to be a team player and a team leader, now and at the collegiate level. I know that being a STUDENT-athlete means that academics comes first. However, I have faith in myself to balance both academics and athletics because I feel as though I have already practiced managing my time to conquer both. With that, my goal is to excel in all that I do and all that I am to ultimately continue on to the next level.
