Hi my name is Kennedy Sowell
I am currently a junior at Shrine Catholic High School and a three sport athlete. I play sports year round which include school volleyball and club, basketball, and softball. To some this may sound like a lot to take on all year long, but I believe if you find the right way to manage your time and work hard it's worth the challenge. I work hard on and off the court. In school I am an honor roll student currently pushing towards principal's list (4.0). School is very important to me, and I always strive to be my best.
On the court I have a lot of the same traits; however, I use them a little differently. I have always had a strong passion for volleyball, and I believe it shows in the way I portray myself on the court. I believe in teamwork and working with others to get the job done, because volleyball is a team sport. What makes me a good candidate I believe is my eagerness. I always want to learn something new and try different things out. There's never really a time I'm not dying to get back in the gym and play, because that's what I love to do most. I have desired to play at a collegiate level for quite some time now, and I do not want to give up on that dream of mine. Although I have some colleges in mine, I believe in choosing a college and team that has the perfect fit for me!
Thank you for considering me!
