Hello! My name is Britney Garcia. I’ve played volleyball for 3 years now. Recently, we played with another school but since they didn’t want us anymore, our school created a volleyball team! It was our first year and I got to play setter position.
I intend to play in competitive volleyball in college, with goals to be able to play middle hitter and libero positions. I know I could be a great asset to my team. I may not have gone to conference or state, but I definitely will prove that I can be just as good. I love volleyball, and everything about it.
Even though my season is over, I try to practice as much as I can while also focusing on my studies. My school may be a small unknown school, but I don’t believe it can limit any opportunities that come my way.
