What I aspire to be is a great volleyball player, and usually the only way to achieve that is by practicing, asking for help on the things you need help with, and by watching college/film volleyball. What I think would make me a good candidate for a team is that I am encouraging and when I can I try to help my other teammates out with things they struggle with. What makes me different from other candidate, I try to find the best in people and once I get to know them it’s easier to be really good friends with them and play on the court with them.
