Caroline Collins '24 Recruiting Profile

I hope to find a school and a volleyball program that is both competitive and fun to be around.  I love being with my teammates and I appreciate the friendships I have made through volleyball over the years.   I am hopeful to be able to continue playing volleyball in college to develop on and off the court.

I grew up playing Setter on my first club teams and switched to Pin Hitter when I was 15.  Moving from Setter to Pin Hitter provided me with a well rounded game and an appreciation for unselfish play.   I have come to realize in playing competitive VB that team chemistry is the key to success.  Everyone has to work together and play as one in order for the team to have success.    

The most memorable coaches I have had were sometimes the toughest.  They made me mentally tough and created a desire to get the best out of myself.  I enjoy this challenge and accountability and am hopeful I can continue to play for a program that creates a team good team culture with high expectations on their players.
