When I started playing volleyball back in 4th grade I thought it would just be something to do with my time. What I didn't expect was for me to fall in love with the sport as fast as I did. As I kept improving and having fun through the years of playing I have learned a lot about my own self as well as learning about playing. I learned that volleyball is a place I can go to not only have fun but to make friends. I have improved so much in being a person, and I'm still learning and improving my skill and me as a person through playing volleyball. Volleyball taught me how to be a leader and to come out of my shy shell.
My goals for my high school career is many things. I want to have a 3.5-4.0 or higher GPA. I also would like to play volleyball as a setter throughout high school. I would like to either study business or psychology in college.
