I became interested in Volleyball when I was in 5th grade. I didn't have anyone in my family that played Volleyball so I discovered it on my own. I was a very athletic kid and played lots of sports but Volleyball was the one that taught me and made me who I am. Some unique characteristics I posses that make me a great teammate and player is I'm honest, I'm a team player, I'm positive and uplift my teammates, and I have the ability to work together well with my teammates. I'm excited and willing to learn new skills, and figure out what will and will not work on the court. Through playing my sport of Volleyball I've learned to turn my losses, mistakes, and failures into lessons on what I need to work on more or what will and will not work in a game. Another thing I've learned is to hold myself accountable, I'm going to make mistakes that's apart of the game and I've taught myself to own up to those mistakes and work on them to make sure I don't do them again.
My academic goal for High School is to be a scholar athlete, and take honor classes and get nothing lower than an A-. My goal for College is to study hard so I can pass my dental hygienist program or premed program.
