Erin Coates '22 Recruiting Profile

My name is Erin Coates. Growing up, I was always an active kid playing as many sports as possible. I decided to give volleyball a try in 5th grade and immediately fell in love with it. I am a player who puts hard work into everything I do, I and strive to be a better player every time I step on the court. I am interested in furthering my volleyball career at a school that will challenge me both academically and athletically, as I intend on studying nursing. I have challenged myself academically by taking honors and AP classes during my high school career.  I believe the quality that makes me stand out from other players is the way I treat every point as if it is game point. I am a strong leader both on and off the court, and I constantly promote positivity no matter what.
