Emma Yeatman '20 Recruiting Profile

The value of going to college has been instilled in me for as long as I can remember. From football games to campus visits, I have enjoyed watching my nine cousins thrive in their college careers. From a young age I have enjoyed watching and playing sports. I began playing volleyball in 2013 and since that time, my skills have developed and my desire to play at the college level has solidified. I enjoy being a part of a Team because there are a lot of life lessons that come with hard work and Teamwork. I am an extremely caring and inclusive person on and off the court. I am currently on honor roll with a 4.0 GPA at Kinnelon High School while playing on the school team as well as on an outside travel club team. I volunteered with the Lion's Heart charity club helping kids with special needs. I also assist in special needs classrooms with my mom who is a speech pathologist. My desire is to continue to be a scholar athlete at a great university. I want to get a great education, experience the friendship and camaraderie of a collegiate team, and become a valuable member of society making my college alma mater proud!
