Because I'm coachable and quick to learn, I'm a fantastic fit for your team. I work well in groups and inspire people around me. If my teammates require assistance with their technique or personal matters, I am always available. I get along well with others and have a positive attitude both on and off the court. Academically, I always get good grades because I'm here to play volleyball and not to fall behind. I'm here to compete, and while I understand that we won't always win as a team, that will be my goal every time I go on the court. This is the mindset I'd like to have every time I walk into a gym.
