Phoenix Lopez '26 Recruiting Profile

I’m Phoenix Lopez, a student at St. Mary’s High School and a proud player for the Warren Sixpack volleyball Club. I've been playing volleyball for four years, and I love the sport because it's fun, high energy, and brings people together as a team. Before I found my passion for volleyball, I was a competitive dancer for ten years, which taught me discipline, teamwork, and a love for movement.

As a first-generation American with a Dominican mother and Puerto Rican father, I’m inspired by my diverse background. My favorite volleyball players are Madi Skinner and Harper Murray, and they motivate me to improve my game on and off the court. Off the court, my role models include my parents, aunt, and grandma. Others I look up to include Michael Jordan, Steph Curry, Madi Skinner, Harper Murray, and Paige Bueckers. I’ve been fortunate to travel to the Dominican Republic, Mexico, and Turks and Caicos, which has broadened my perspectives and enriched my life. Volleyball is my passion, and I’m excited to continue growing and learning in this amazing sport.
