Ever since I was about 8 years old, I played volleyball. The sport has always been somewhat a part of me. I love the feeling of the adrenaline pumping through me every time I step on the court. Playing at a college level would be a huge opportunity for me to continue that. The closest High school volleyball team to me is a hour drive one way through a canyon. I make this drive almost everyday, but it’s worth it because I get to play a sport that makes me happy. I make sure I’m always early to practice and I don’t miss any work outs or drills. I always try to be a team player, I try to reassure the younger girls that their doing good, and the older girls too. I always try to keep a good attitude on the court and try to keep it cool. Volleyball is a game of mistakes, so everyone is going to make some, you can’t get mad or upset.
