2018 HighlightsPersonal Statement
My goal is to find a school where I can succeed academically and continue to play volleyball, the sport I love. I am a coachable, team player who attends the optional practices so that I can continuously improve my skills. When I first tried out for my school volleyball team in 7th grade I did not make the team. I did not give up on my goal of playing volleyball. That same season I tried out for my current club team and played up. That started my volleyball journey which now includes school, club, summer leagues and pick up games at the local YMCA.
During the club season I play outside and some opposite. My club team has won 2 consecutive Regional Championships and my goal this club season is to clench a 3rd title.
In school I have been a starting Varsity player since my Sophomore year and play middle.
Bottom line is I will play where my coach and team need me most.
