Volleyball has always been a huge part of my life. Learning how to fix mistakes and finding my own ways of delivering my best performance is my number one priority for this sport. I value the need for respect for all players and encourage others to keep working hard. I do my best to help other players find their own way of success on the court. My coaches have been the most inspirational for me when I had gone through the phases to getting where I am today with my skill level. I had learned that focusing on yourself is just as important as focusing on the physical attributions I can provide to a team. I have the attitude of being good on the court is just as valuable to being great with academics. School work is primarily focused on over sports. I take the time to dedicate my work ethic to school when volleyball is not on my schedule. This applies to school volleyball and on my club team.
Knowing that I only have 2 years left of high school, I have been more dedicated to putting myself out there for college opportunities. I can see myself working to my best ability to improving every day in volleyball and in my academics. I want to reach my goals of becoming a college volleyball player just as much as reaching my veterinary goals in the future. I will continue to push myself to the best I can be on a court and in my college degrees.
