Sophie Dollyhigh '24 Recruiting Profile

I started playing volleyball as a way to get out of the house during Covid and was hooked.  Since, then I have sought out opportunities for private lessons and playing club to get better.  I am not ready for my volleyball journey to be over as I feel like I am continuing to get better.  I know playing at a college level is a once in a lifetime opportunity that I want to take full advantage of.  I am a player who always give 110%, who is wanting to be coached to get better and who wants to be a contributing part of my team's success.  I have faced adversity as a player and a student and have learned how to navigate that and not quit.  I am successful in the classroom having a 3.76 GPA.  I am open to all universities that will allow me to grow as a student, an athlete and ultimately a thriving adult.
