Hi! My name is Olivia Everett and I am a 6' junior at Central Crossing High School. I should start with I love to play volleyball. My overall goal is to play in college and represent my school. I did try other sports (basketball, softball, soccer, gymnastics and tennis) but I just kept going back to volleyball so now I play all year round. I love playing beach in the summer and getting ready for school season. College won't just be about volleyball for me, I also want a great education. I will be taking college courses my junior and senior year in the Accelerated Learning Center.
Every year I feel myself getting better and learning more about the game itself. I love being a part of a team and have played any position needed to help my team win...Middle, Outside, Right Side and even Setter.
I also love music. I play violin and acoustic guitar. I did play piano a little, but prefer strings. I can see myself staying up with music in college too. As for majors, I don’t know yet, but probably business, political science or history.
I really try to be a leader on the court and support my teammates on and off the court.
Thanks for reading my statement! Please contact me if you think I would be a good fit.
