My name is Ava Johnson, I started playing volleyball when I was 6 years old and immediately loved the sport. I began club volleyball when I was 11 starting as an outside hitter and moving to libero the next seasons. I was a setter for all school seasons and my 14’s and 15’s club season. This season I am a starting outside and middle back, I've also hit right side for a few seasons. As I have tried all these new positions I learn to love the game more and more and i’m excited to grow and learn for years to come. Volleyball has taught me so much including resilience, confidence, determination and a good attitude. I want to go to college with a Biology major with the goal to be a physical therapist.
