Dear Coaches, my name is Malaya Loberg and I’m a dedicated and hardworking volleyball player with three years of experience on my club team. I have a strong desire to continue playing at the collegiate level and believe my skills, work ethic, and passion for the game make me a strong candidate for your program. Throughout my time in volleyball, I’ve developed a balanced skill set, and I’m always looking for ways to improve. I am a motivated student with a solid academic record, and I know how to balance the effort in school and athletics, which I believe will help me succeed in post-secondary. As an individual I consist of my ability to be a positive, supportive teammate who communicates well and brings out the best in those around me. I am committed to contributing to a team’s success both on and off the court, and I am confident that my determination, discipline, and character will make me a valuable addition to a team. Outside of practice I am extremely dedicated to my role as an athlete when it comes to both discipline and motivation, giving me the strength to practice healthy habits off the court and trainings on my free time. I would be honored to have the opportunity to continue my growth as an athlete and student on a college/university team and I look forward to the possibility of working with the programs I am interested in.
