Abigail Bean '27 Recruiting Profile

Dear Coaches,

    My name is Abigail Bean and I am a 2027 setter. I was introduced to volleyball in 8th grade where I fell in love with the sport. Over the last year I have put countless hours into improving in the sport. I played for my High School JV2 team. When I was deciding what club team I wanted to play for I chose Mt Hood Volleyball club. Coach Sue Doan is the head coach and she's not afraid to push her players. She wants to win just as much as her players do. I am on the 15U nationals team where I continue to grow and learn as a player. On all the teams I've been on I strive to be the most coachable and uplifting player on the court. 

My goal is to play for a competitive college while still getting a good education. I plan to major in nursing. I want to have the experience of growing my volleyball career and playing for a college is the way to do that.
