Hi, my name is Alina Rucker, and I am trying to pursue my dream of playing volleyball in college. When I was younger, I never desired to play a sport. But now that I play volleyball, I've realized that it is a sport I am very passionate about. And want to continue playing while I major in Biological and Chemical science. Volleyball has taught me numerous skills, particularly communication, teamwork, and positivity. If you want a player that takes things seriously, has a positive attitude and works hard, then consider me for your team. My academic achievements show how formidable I am off the court. I give 100% on every assignment because I know how much it will mean in the long run. A 3.9 GPA is hard to achieve, but it's not impossible. You simply have to be determined. My skills on the court have grown every day since I started playing. My standing reach is very tall for my height, my jump is getting higher every month, and my hits are getting stronger after every practice. So coaches, if you want a hard-working athlete that will put her all into every practice and every game and continuously get better then consider me for your team
