Kayla May '20 Recruiting Profile

Ever since I started playing volleyball back in the 6th grade, it's always been my goal to play at the college level.  My dad played basketball at Gonzaga University and my brother is playing basketball at Eastern Oregon University, so being a college athlete runs in the family.  Volleyball is one of the most important things in my life.  It has brought me self confidence, helped me with my leadership abilities, allowed me to make lifelong friendships and so much more.  I can't imagine my life without volleyball. Coaches have always told me my loud and outgoing personality (on and off the court), my ability to lead and encourage my teammates, and my overall determination to succeed is what makes me a great volleyball player.  I'm hoping you agree with that statement after getting to know me more!
