Lucia Coccagno '21 Recruiting Profile

I aspire to attend a top academic university where I can pursue a business or pre law degree while continuing to compete at a high level in volleyball.   I truly believe that I would be a good addition to any college volleyball team, not just for my volleyball skills, but for my leadership ability and mental understanding of the game.   I am different from other recruits because I am a multi sport athlete and accelerated student involved in many activities and organizations.  I also believe that my court presence and leadership skills sets me apart from other recruits.  I am a multi-sport athlete that understands the importance of hard work and the need to continuously hone my skill set.  I believe the term synergy - the sum of the parts is greater than the individual components - is a perfect way to describe the importance of working together as a team in volleyball.
