Karstyn Soulidis '27 Recruiting Profile

I am a great candidate for this team because of my volleyball skills, dedication, and strong work ethic. My solid volleyball foundation of precise serving accurate passing, and hitting serve me well in high school and club volleyball. Being well-rounded, I am able to step into any position based on the team's needs and contribute immediately to play. Dedication and work ethic transcend into my academics as well. I am committed to being a better student and scholar with each semester by focusing on studies and reaching out for guidance as needed. I have held part-time employment since I was 14, which has strengthened my communication and priority setting skills. I am a great team player both on the court and at work. I understand the importance of fostering a cohesive and supportive atmosphere to build trust amongst all team members.

I am eager to bring both my skills and passion for volleyball to the team, while continuing to develop further as a player.
