My goals for becoming a college athlete are set very high. I am constantly working on becoming better no matter what anybody tells me. That means I am a very hard-worker. I always try to be the best that I can be in everything I do. I would love to become a libero or defensive specialist in college. I might not be the tallest player right now but I'm full of energy and just love to play the game. I have the right skills to become a college player as well as the grades. What makes me different from any player you will meet is my speed to go after the ball. I always have a volleyball in my hand setting, and if I don't I'm usually practicing diving. I am always working out trying to get stronger and faster. I run a lot to get in shape and also do may types of different workouts in my basement for my core, legs, and arms. I practice my reactions constantly by throwing and catching things in the air and throwing a volleyball off a pole and trying to hit it, which is difficult at first because your not sure where it could go. It helps me a lot on the court. I'm not afraid of any ball that could come at me no matter how fast or hard it is hit at me. I hustle and try for every single ball. I'm very dedicated to volleyball and also my grades. I am consistently on distinguished honor roll. I have a 99 GPA because of how hard I work in school. I just hope that eventually this all pays off one day and I just get to live my dream of playing volleyball in college.
