My name is Heather Brumbaugh. I am a Junior at Central High School, Martinsburg, PA where I am a Class Officer, an officer for National Honor Society and the Future Farmers of America (FFA) organization. I also participate in Student Council, Spanish National Honor Society, and Prom Committee. I play middle hitter on both my school’s Varsity Volleyball Team and for the Horseshoe Volleyball Club 17U Black Team. I am also on the Varsity track and field team. When I am not in school, I enjoy working on my family’s beef farm and working with my animals which include goats, dairy beef, and dairy heifers. I participate in many local 4-H and FFA shows throughout the summer months where I exhibit these animals.
I love being busy, working hard and being involved in every opportunity that comes my way. It is important to me that I am able to learn more about myself and achieve my full potential in everything I strive to do. I am hopeful that through my smile and warm personality I can be an inspiration to girls to meet their full potential as well. My future plans are to pursue a degree in secondary education where I can continue to make a difference in the lives of children and teens.
