I am very passionate about volleyball and I hope to play at a higher level while attending college to complete my undergraduate in biology before attending PA school and earn my certification in physicians assistant studies. I have been playing volleyball for 8 years and I am very knowledgeable of the sport. In high school, I am currently enrolled in all honors and AP courses and I am always ready for a challenge. I am also involved in many clubs at school such as Key club, Spanish club, Spanish Honors Society, and I have been invited to apply for the National Honors Society. I am able to handle many tasks at one time, and I am fast when it comes to making decisions.
For my club and school team, I am a strong outside hitter as well as a proficient defensive specialist. On and off the court I would consider myself to be a team player, as well as a strong and supportive leader. I believe that communication and working together as a team is the key to success, as well as being able to play smart. I have a very competitive personality and want the ball every serve; my family can tell you that I always want to win! I am known for being very consistent and being able to play in many different positions. During the game, I focus heavily on staying positive and having a good attitude when mistakes are made on the court. I also remained relaxed and unworried on the court when the game is really close. Overall, I would consider myself to be a very supportive, positive leader and team player in volleyball.
