As a child I would pass a volleyball back and forth among my friends, until sixth grade when I joined my first summer league team. My seventh grade year of school, my volleyball team went undefeated until our very last game. This taught me what it takes to work as a team and how to fight for what you want. However, it wasn't until my freshman year of high school, when we lost more then our number of wins, that I truly learned what it means to be apart of a team. Time, dedication, effort, and leadership are each needed and are important for a team to be successful.
Being a student-athlete can be a struggle, however, I have the mind set and commitment to excel in both. Knowing that I can work under hard circumstances, I am a fast learner, along with being a team player and strong athlete. I have what it takes to be playing on your college team. Throughout high school and college it is my goal to continue with my distinguished honors, and strive to improve so I can be the ideal outside hitter you are looking for to be on your roster!
