Chrismylee Guzman-Carter '26 Recruiting Profile

My name is Chrismylee Guzman Carter. I was introduced to volleyball in my 8th grade PE class and fell in love with the sport ever since. Everyday at recess (no matter the weather) I remember my friends and I all circling up to start playing. Whether it was with a volleyball, basketball, snowing or hot out, I still played. I tried out for my schools volleyball team my 9th grade year and made the junior varsity team. I knew what i had to do to make the varsity team,so i did. I practiced everyday out in my backyard with my grandfather and the practice payed off. I got moved up to varsity mid season. I played both Junior and Varsity teams since my skills were needed in both teams. My goals and aspirations for volleyball is to become a better player. Not only that, but grow as a person. I will stop at nothing and will always try my hardest on the court no matter the circumstances.
