When I started volleyball in the fourth grade I never knew it would bring me to where I am today. As I continued to play throughout the years I began to develop a passion for the sport. Volleyball became something that I wanted to do everyday. Making the varsity team as a freshman made me realize that the work that I am putting in is truly paying off. My life has had extreme highs and extreme lows and no matter what the circumstances I always find myself turning to volleyball as a safe place.
Playing volleyball in college means everything to me and it is the main goal for my future. I always am pushing myself to learn new skills and techniques to better myself not only as a player but as a student as well. My grades are extremely important to me and graduating with a high GPA my senior year is the goal. Volleyball has made me push myself in so many different ways I could have never expected and I believe that playing in college would only push me that much more.
