Clara Hubbell '28 Recruiting Profile

My name is Clara hubbell, and I am located in Greenville, SC. I am a left-handed setter and opposite hitter. A little bit about me is that my older sister, carleigh, inspired me to play volleyball at a young age. I grew up going to her tournaments and watching her grow and develop. I picked up the sport when I was 10 years old, and have been obsessed ever since! 

Volleyball makes me feel like the best version of myself, whether it's peppering in the back yard, or going into the fifth set of the state quarterfinals. I know that I have been given a God-Gifted talent, and continuously try to show glory to God through my playing. I am Determined, strong-willed, and a great teammate. 

As a students athlete, I strive to keep my grades up and work hard on the court. I am currently in honors math, and intend to take as many honors classes as possible. I love to learn, and I am very thankful for the teachers/ coaches that have helped give me the opportunity to learn.
