I started volleyball 6 years ago in 7th grade and have loved the sport ever since. I've have played school volleyball through middle and high school, as well as participating in out of school programs such as club. I was a part of being a state champion my freshman year on varsity, which gave me good experience of what high level playing is like. I have always been determined and motivated to excel/improve in my skills.
This year is my 6th year of doing club, which has grown my love for the sport. I chose to pursue playing on a national (ONE) club volleyball team this year and I also played on a national level team last year for my club season.
Outside of clinics, club, and school ball I work on keeping/improving my skills/strength by going to the gym, lifting weights, and doing exercises to increase my vertical, speed, and so on. Which in the process I have grown to love working out to see the improvement in my strength, velocity, and vertical. Alongside of that I'm competitive and remain to have good sportsmanship. I love building bonds with my teammates and creating that good chemistry with each other both on the court and off. As well as supporting and encouraging each other as we go. My determination and companionship within a team sport would make me a great candidate.
