Ashely Wangler '24 Recruiting Profile

Hello!! My name is Ashley Wangler, I am a 24' right side hitter and my goal is to play volleyball at the collegiate level. I have always been involved with all different types of sports and activities, but volleyball is what I fell in love with. Volleyball made me fall in love with my height and what it could do, and I am forever thankful for this sport. With any other sport that I have been in, I felt like I was just going through the motions, trying to impress and improve for everyone else but myself. But volleyball was different, I felt passionate to volleyball from an early age, and year after year I just had to keep coming back. I love the adrenaline or the nerves before an important game. I am a team player and I am always willing to work hard for any spot.
