Growing up with a parent who played basketball in college, sports have been a part of my whole life. I am the middle child of four with an older sister who is playing softball at Sewanee and younger brothers who are twins. For many years, I have been a multi-sport athlete, playing basketball as well as volleyball, both at a competitive (travel) level. My family loves sports. We play golf together, hike and our favorite pastime is wake surfing.
I am smart, creative, quirky, fun, compassionate, and kind. Since first grade, I have known that I have ADHD and dyslexic. Attention deficit and dyslexia have taught me resiliency and perseverance and the activity of playing multiple sports, gives me an outlet for attention deficit. I bring energy into everything that I do!
My hope is that all these experiences, combined with my faith and my parents’ support, will help me reach my goals.
