My name is Mallory Patrick and I am from a small town outside of Memphis, TN. I love volleyball and I love all animals! I played many different sports and fell in love with volleyball when i was 12. I was an avid horseback rider so very disciplined and played basketball and tried soccer. I have played volleyball since I was 10 years old and it truly is my love. I am not quite sure where my academic interests lie yet but have begun research in several areas of interest. My life goals are to play volleyball in college and to impact the world through my faith. I am a hard worker, am very organized and have developed good time management skills committing myself to travel volleyball in a club 3.5 hrs from my house to hone my skills and get training from a fantastic coaching staff. I have maintained straight A's while our school transitioned to distance learning due to coronavirus. The thing I've learned most about playing a competitive team sport is using my God given gifts to change the world around me through the sport and the relationships I've developed because of athletics. If coronavirus has taught me anything, it's that I miss the social aspect, competition and comradery you gain from playing a team sport with like-minded competitive athletes and coaches!
