My name is Avery Robertson. I was born on January 22, 2003 in Germantown, TN. As of this date, I am 5'-11" tall and weigh 190 lbs. I am currently a Sophomore attending Briarcrest Christian School in Eads, TN, where I have played Varsity Baseball since the 8th Grade. I am a right-handed Primary Catcher that hits with power from the right side. My Secondary Position is the Outfield (Left or Right).
I am also entering my 4th Season playing with the East Coast Sox Baseball Organization. I would not have developed into the player that I am today without the continued guidance and instruction from each of their Directors. Because of them, my respect for the game, my fellow players and my Coaches, and my work ethic have reached an all-time high, but I know I can achieve so much more and will never stop learning.
I strongly believe that the future goals I have established for myself, for on and off of the field, are both simple and obtainable. They are to work as hard as possible and strive to be the best witness, son, friend, student, teammate, player and leader that I can.
I have a well-rounded sports background, having previously excelled in basketball, football and soccer, but my passion is baseball and is my main focus now. It is the greatest sport on Earth and I am totally committed to becoming the best player I can be. My other hobbies or interest include fishing, hunting and physical fitness.
My plan for the remainder of my high school career is to continue to surround myself with those individuals that will help me get to the next level academically and athletically. I want to be challenged personally and further my education, while competing at the highest collegiate level possible.
