I have grown up playing volleyball for the past six years. I have been a multi-sport athlete most of my life playing volleyball, running track, and playing soccer. Since high school I have focused my time on the volleyball court playing both indoor and beach volleyball. I push myself day in and day out as I aspire to play at the collegiate level. Volleyball has always been by far the most rewarding, most challenging, and most influential sport to play as an individual player and team member. Volleyball has brought its challenges such as learning to play with new team members, learning to adjust to new team dynamics, which has and will prepare me for my future on and off the volleyball court.
I currently manage my time between school, volleyball, and working at a local ACE hardware store. I strive to be on time if not early to activities, events, and work. I continue to learn how to manage my time as a high schooler and believe this is a strong trait in which I carry. I have a loving, supportive family who continue to encourage me to follow my goals and strive only for the best.
I love watching sports, learning about players and athletes. I love to research and have conversations with my father about new team trades, new players and breaking news amongst teams whether it be hockey, football, basketball, college sports orfemale athletes. I have a passion to pursue a Sport’s Communication degree. I would love to one day work my way to be a female sports commentator or hold a sports management position with a professional team.
As I begin my junior year season, I look forward to the endless opportunities in which volleyball has and will continue to provide for myself. I continue to dream and work hard as I one day would love to play at the collegiate level. I strive to be the best me on and off the court, in the classroom, and in other areas of my life.
