Allison Layton '23 Recruiting Profile

HI!  My name is Allison and I am a 6'1 Middle Hitter in the class of 2023 at Rudder High School in Bryan, Tx.  I have loved volleyball from the moment I started in the 5th grade.  I am a hard worker and I strive to be a great teammate.  When I make a mistake in a game, I reflect to see how I can improve, but I don't dwell on my mistakes.  I encourage my teammates when they make a mistake and do not blame others for my mistakes.  I am a loyal teammate and respect my coaches and value their input on how I can improve.  I have been on the varsity team at Bryan High School since I was a freshman, my team has made the playoffs all 3 years and we won the District Championship in 2021.   For my senior season, I will be playing at James Earl Rudder High School in Bryan, Tx.

I want to play volleyball at a school that will value me as an individual, where I can grow as a person and make lifelong friends to share the good times and the bad times.  I want to play for a coach that is just as committed to helping me improve as a person as well as on the court.  I am interested in becoming a Financial Advisor and working for a company that improves the lives of its clients.
