Hello,
My name is Justice Gabaldon and I am a setter/opposite of the graduating class of 2021. My collegiate goals and aspirations are to play volleyball in college but also go to a college that is well known for their academics. Academics are extremely important to me so I really would like a college and a program that feels the same way. People say that a setter should be like the quarter back of the court, and that is what I push to always be. Even though I am known for being. more of a quiet person off the court, I am not a quiet person on the court. I feel as if I would be a good candidate for collegiate program because I am very hard working, passionate and really do not like to lose. I am always pushing to be a better player and person at the same time. This is one thing that I think differentiates me from other recruits. A large amount of recruits only focus on increasing the playing aspect of the game and not the mental part. With volleyball being a 75% mental game, my strong mind set assists my teammates in stressful situations.
