Hi Coaches,
My name is Savannah Kari and I'm a 6 rotation 5'8 hitter with a love for the game of volleyball. At age 8, I picked up my first volleyball and instantly knew I wanted to play in college. This game has given me a lot of obstacles, but with my knowledge and love for the game those obstacles didn't stand in my way. I am a hardworking athlete who's main goal is to help her team in any way possible, whether that is stepping up on the court or to encouraging and holding my teammates accountable during the off season. I am coachable, versatile and love the comaradery that comes with playing a team sport. My individual goals as a volleyball player include maintaining my versatility in different positions and continued development in my range of plays.
My goal after high school is to receive a top notch education where I will be working hard to receive a nursing degree. In high school I've had a mindset to challenge myself academically, which I show by taking AP classes and by maintaining a 4.5 weighted GPA. This is the mindset I will continue to have as college approaches and as I continue to grow as a student athlete. I want to continue to play volleyball at a competitive level and am looking for a program where I not only can benefit and grow my individual skills but can help build and benefit a team.
