Tivonge Munyaradzi '22 Recruiting Profile

My name is Tivonge Munyaradzi and I am a Libero/DS who is extremely passionate about volleyball.

I believe that the love for the game must extend outside of the court. I love the training, both in the weight room and the practice gym. 

As far as stats go, I currently have 580+ career digs, 30 back row kills, 82 career aces and 97 career assists.

Outside of school ball, I take every opportunity to train with many different coaches over the course of the year. During off-season I train 4 out of 7 days for 2 hours at a time. I give every effort to remain competitive and continue improving myself, not only for my own benefit, but so that my teammates may also have full confidence in my abilities. 

I am extremely blessed to say I will be serving as captain for the 2020-2021 season. 

This past year I was presented with the opportunity to play on the Open/National level with ACE Volleyball. I play L//DS on the 16 National White team. I played in the MLK OPEN tournament, as well as many others before the pandemic.  

I am  passionate about learning  and I would love to play for a school and alongside teammates that are passionate about learning and academics as well.  

I love to help out in my community and many others around my church and school. I am so passionate about showcasing the glory and love of God to everyone around me in whatever capacity. I have received over 140 service hours this past year and the Golden Presidential Service Award. I have also received an honorable mention in the NSE and I am a member of the Mock Trial Club of my school and I have been elected to serve as a House Head for the 2020-2021 school year.
