I am commited to McMurry University in Abilene, TX. I will not be playing volleyball, but instead will be throwing shot, disc, and hammer for the War Hawks!
My high school program is fairly new, and we are not as experienced as others, but I believe our capabilities are beyond what we may think. My role on the team is not only as the right hitter, but it is also to be a good teammate. I was taught "INMA", Its Not About Me. I believe that saying is true because without team work, team progress will not be achieved. I strive to try to pick my team up whenever they are down. I love to see my team in the lead, but it's even better to see my team make a good comeback after we have picked each other up. My goal for the collegiate level is to play to the best of my ability and to grow as a student athlete and teammate.
